Bill Sippel

It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that our friend and former partner Bill Sippel passed away following a heart attack while camping this past weekend. Bill was an amazing man, and without him our firm would not exist. He was well respected by his peers and co-workers. He always took time to listen to people’s problems and gave thoughtful and well-reasoned responses. Many of us have learned a lot from Bill, but not enough. We cannot replace his guidance, quiet strength and ethics. He was a steady hand during difficult times, and his prudent business approach helped our success. Without him (and Jim Fletcher), there would not be a Fletcher & Sippel – not just for the obvious reasons, but for the faith and belief that they had in all of the rest of us. May we all have the foresight and patience that Bill had. He leaves a legacy that lives on through each of us.
