This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed, and protected by Fletcher & Sippel LLC and any affiliates (“COMPANY,” “we,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use the website, mobile site, and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”). Each time you use our Sites, you indicate your acknowledgment and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you collected through our Sites as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy please do not visit our Sites.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Sites to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.
How We Collect Information About You
We may obtain your information through three channels: (1) information you provide directly to us; (2) information we collect automatically when you use the Sites; and (3) information we obtain from other sources.

Information We Collect from Other Sources

The Sites may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Sites with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. If you connect to our Sites through social media platforms, we ask for your permission to access certain information about your social media account, activities, and friends. The information we receive depends on what information you or the social media platform decides to give us. This information could include an access token necessary to access that social media platform, any information that you have permitted the social media platform to share with us, and any information that you have made public in connection with the social media platform. You should always review and, if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on social media platforms before linking them to our Sites. You may also unlink your social media account from our Sites by adjusting your settings on the social media platform.
How We Use the Information We Collect

Links to Third-Party Sites
The Sites may contain links to other sites that we do not own or operate (“third-party websites”). These third-party websites may include, for example, employment applications, regulatory or safety information, event, and volunteer registration and management, payment functionality, and other features, functionalities, and services powered by third parties. These third-party websites are not under the control of the Company, and we are not responsible for the security or privacy of any information you share with them. When you use a link online to visit a third-party website, you will be subject to that website’s privacy and security practices, which may differ from ours. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
We and third parties that provide content or functionality on the Sites or provide us analytics and advertising services may collect or receive information about your use of the Sites and other websites or mobile applications, including through the use of cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. This information may include, for example, your IP address, browser, device information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. Do-Not-Track Signals

Promotional Communications
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails or text messages by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you opt-out, we may still send you other types of emails, such as those about your use of the Sites or any transactions. Please note that opt-out requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable amount of time to receive, process, and apply, during which time your information shall remain subject to your prior privacy settings. If you opt out, it will not rescind any information provided to third parties prior to your election to opt-out.
Security
We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative security measures to protect against unauthorized use, access, modification, destruction, disclosure, loss, or theft of your information in our custody or control. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify our Data Protection Team using the contact details listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information via the Sites from children under the age of 13 without appropriate parental notice and consent. Further, the Sites are not directed to or intended to solicit information of any kind from, children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 13 has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us using the contact details listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will delete such information from our files.
Location of Usage of the Sites
Fletcher-Sippel.com is based in the state of Illinois and the Sites are operated and administered entirely within the United States. The Sites are directed to users who are U.S. residents and this Privacy Policy is intended for them. The information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and is therefore governed by U.S. law and Illinois law.
Your Privacy Choices
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your information and to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your information. Please let us know what information you want to receive, correct, or remove from our databases or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your information. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will respond to your requests consistent with applicable law, and we will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to your request. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, but such residual information will no longer be tied to your identity.
You can object to the processing of your information in some circumstances (in particular, where we do not have to process the information to meet a contractual or other legal requirement) but not in every circumstance. Where we have asked for your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. If you ask to withdraw your consent to us processing your information, this will not affect any processing that has already taken place at that time.
These rights may be limited, for example, if fulfilling your request would reveal information about another person, or if you ask us to delete information that we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep.
