James A. Fletcher
Jim Fletcher’s practice focuses on trial work both in personal injury and commercial cases. Jim has represented a number of different clients in the rail industry in state and federal courts in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and has tried over three dozen cases to verdict. He has argued cases on appeal in the Wisconsin and Illinois state appellate courts and in the Seventh Circuit and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Jim has also handed several complex commercial arbitration cases for rail clients.
Jim has worked with rail industry clients for more than twenty years. He is one of the founding partners of Fletcher & Sippel LLC.
