Garrett A. Anderson

Garrett Anderson joined Fletcher & Sippel’s Jackson, Mississippi office as an associate in 2024.  His practice primarily focuses on railroad litigation, commercial litigation, and corporate bankruptcy matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Garrett worked at Phelps Dunbar LLP in Jackson, where he handled a variety of commercial litigation, corporate bankruptcy, and appellate matters.  He began his career in Stewart Robbins Brown & Altazan LLC’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office, where he focused on corporate bankruptcy matters, and later clerked for Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Robert P. Chamberlin.  Throughout his career, Garrett has represented railroads, state and local governments, and businesses in a variety of litigation and appellate matters, as well as corporate debtors, trustees, banks, and other creditors in complex corporate bankruptcy proceedings across the country.
