Audrey L. Brodrick

Audrey Brodrick engages in a broad range of rail-related issues including counseling on various corporate matters and general litigation. She has experience in railroad commercial transactions, including operating issues and joint facility agreements, as well as the federal regulation of rail carriers. Audrey regularly represents clients before the Surface Transportation Board and the Federal Railroad Administration, as well as in state and federal courts. She also has appeared before various state agencies charged with the regulation of local transportation issues. Prior to joining Fletcher & Sippel, Audrey worked at Freeborn & Peters, LLP in Chicago, where she practiced in both state and federal courts in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law and government relations. Audrey also has experience litigating high-profile civil rights defense cases as well as class action litigation.

During law school, Audrey was a member of the DePaul Law Review, and was the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts, Legal Writing, Remedies and Products Liability. She also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Wayne R. Andersen (Retired) of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
