M. Aubrey Mays

Aubrey Mays joined the firm in 2022 and is an associate who represents Fletcher & Sippel clients in litigation matters.  Aubrey previously was an associate attorney at a Jackson, Mississippi defense firm.  His experience includes practice in the fields of railroad litigation, commercial litigation, construction, real estate, and insurance defense.  He has handled cases and made appearances in federal and state courts in Mississippi and Michigan.  As a law student, Aubrey was an Articles Editor for the Mississippi College Law Review.  Before attending law school, Aubrey worked as a loan officer at a financial firm.  In his spare time, Aubrey enjoys spending time with his wife, Haley, and two children, Ann Leighton and Lawson.  He also enjoys playing golf and hunting.  Additionally, Aubrey hosts an annual charity golf tournament that benefits the Mississippi Alliance to End Suicide.
