Charles H. Russell III

Charlie Russell joined Fletcher & Sippel in 2022 and is a partner in the firm’s Jackson, Mississippi office.  Charlie is a litigator and a trial attorney with wide experience litigating an array of matters and specializes in railroad litigation.  Charlie’s detail-oriented approach to preparing cases for trial has led to many successful outcomes for his clients in various jurisdictions throughout the country.  He is admitted to practice in Mississippi, Michigan and various Federal Courts, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He also regularly appears pro hac vice to represent clients in jurisdictions where he is not admitted.  Charlie also serves as national coordinating counsel for a Class I railroad with an emphasis on claims of alleged cumulative trauma injuries.

In his spare time, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, attending soccer games, show choir competitions and swim meets, and playing with his dog.  He also enjoys biking, fishing and cheering on his favorite college team, the Ole Miss Rebels.
