Bradon Smith aids Fletcher & Sippel clients in regulatory and commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, Bradon served as in-house counsel for Transdev North America, Inc., one of the largest mass transit operators in the world, where he spent significant time advising on federal regulatory compliance, commuter rail contract operations, railroad maintenance of way services, and new-start streetcar operations. While earning his law degree, Bradon interned at the USDOT Office of Inspector General and published work in the Journal of Corporation Law on the Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act of 2008. He also interned at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
